Dear first wife by Dasha Chernichnaya Free Novel Chapter 11

Chapter 11

Nadiya

Olesya is in an angry and belligerent mood.

She clearly didn’t come for a small talk and a cup of English tea.

“What are you doing here?” I fold my arms across my chest.

“What do you think?” he asks sarcastically.

I hate women’s squabbles – always stories about dirt, about squabbling.

And the fact that Olesya is standing in front of me now is only Idar’s fault.

He should have sorted things out with his girlfriend before he married me, so that such meetings wouldn’t happen later.

– Olesya, Idar is not here.

“I know,” he says, walking down the corridor towards me. “I waited until he left.”

I sigh.

– So we need to ask Idar to change the locks.

— He took the keys from me. But I climbed over the fence.

I open my mouth in shock and think about what I should grab in my hands – just in case I need to defend myself from this lady.

“I suppose you want to tell me something,” I say slowly.

Olesya stands in front of me, and I look her over from head to toe.

She’s definitely a beautiful girl, and on top of that, she takes care of herself. It’s obvious to the naked eye.

Hairstyle, makeup, a beautiful outfit, and yet she doesn’t look vulgar.

“Idar loves me,” he declares firmly.

I remain silent. She clearly needs to speak out, and the sooner she does, the sooner we’ll end this situation where everyone is trying to take matters into their own hands.

— Do you know how we started dating?

Yeah. Of course. After all, Idar told me everything about himself.

— I was kidnapped by a local horseman.

My mouth opens involuntarily.

“Aren’t you Russian?” I ask carefully.

“Russian. But that idiot didn’t care,” a blissful smile touches her lips. “Idar found me and rescued me from captivity. And he never let me go.”

My chest starts to burn. This isn’t envy, is it, Nadiya?

If only a little.

No one has ever done anything like this for me. As if loving me is too easy and there’s no need to prove your feelings at all. And then there’s such romance.

“Idar didn’t promise to marry me, but he promised to be there. And I won’t let him go, don’t even think about it, Nadya. I’ll do everything to ensure we’re together, and he spends as little time in this house as possible.”

I throw up my hands.

– Go ahead.

Olesya frowns.

— Do you even care?

– Maybe.

“I will never believe this,” he insists stubbornly.

– Why?

“Because Idar is handsome. Strong. He has a powerful masculine aura. And I can’t believe you weren’t drawn to him.”

Still, her words hit the mark, because there is some truth in them.

Idar is truly attractive, and even the fact that he is an asshole who pushed me to the edge of his life does not diminish his purely masculine charm.

“Olesya, I don’t know if you know the story of our wedding, but I saw Idar for the first time an hour before the mullah arrived. There’s a reason for this marriage. Or rather, several.” “At least one for me and one for Idar.” “And that reason has nothing to do with love.”

– And you won’t seduce him?

– Uh, I didn’t plan to.

“I don’t believe you!” he blurts out.

I’m tired of this squabble. It’s my last day of vacation, and I just want to spend it in peace and quiet.

“Don’t believe me, Olesya. I’m not going to make excuses or give you an accountability. I actually hope this is our last meeting.”

“That’s good,” she says, cooling down. “And by the way, I want you to know, so this doesn’t come as a shock. Idar and I are planning to have a baby.”

I’m freezing inside.

In light of recent events, her words should not surprise me.

Idar made it clear to me that we wouldn’t be a traditional family. But he wouldn’t get rid of Olesya. So their child seemed like a logical continuation of their relationship.

But why do I feel dirty? Like someone wiped their feet on me?

“Olesya,” I find the strength to speak, “if that’s all you have, then go.”

“I hope you remember, Nadya. This,” she gestures around the living room, “is not your territory. And the man is not yours either.”

I wonder if my man is out there somewhere? Someone I don’t have to win over and steal from other women?

Apparently not. And my destiny is to live my life without ever knowing a man’s love.

Girls, I went on vacation and am working from my tablet (this is some kind of separate kind of perversion, because I always work only from a laptop), so sorry for yesterday’s confusion.
